Most kitchens are run by a GC who hands selections to a designer, who hands plans to a cabinet shop, who hands install to a subcontractor. We don't.
You see your kitchen rendered, walk through it in 3D, and approve every finish before a single cabinet ships.
The lead carpenter on day one is the same person finishing punchlist on day 60. No revolving subs.
We buy cabinetry, stone, and appliances at builder pricing and pass the margin to you, not a markup chain.
If a drawer goes out of alignment a year later, we're back the next week to fix it.

Serving South Florida — Kitchen Remodeling
Every kitchen is priced to its own scope — layout changes, cabinetry construction, counter material, and the appliance package all move the number — so we don't hand out one-size-fits-all ballpark pricing that rarely fits your project. Instead, you get a free in-home consultation and a detailed, itemized, fixed-price proposal, so you see exactly what every line costs before you commit. No surprises, no pressure. Request your free kitchen remodeling quote and we'll build the numbers around your actual kitchen.
From signed contract to first meal, plan on 10–16 weeks for most kitchens. Design and selections take 3–4 weeks. Cabinetry lead time runs 6–10 weeks (this is the gating item). On-site demolition through punchlist is 4–6 weeks. We schedule cabinet delivery and demo together so your kitchen is only torn up for the build phase, not the lead-time phase.
No. Most homeowners stay in their home. We set up a temporary kitchen — usually in the garage, dining room, or laundry — with the existing fridge, microwave, and an induction burner. The work zone is sealed with zip-walls, floors are protected, and we vacuum the dust path daily.
Yes. MSA Premier pulls all required Broward and Palm Beach County permits, schedules every inspection, and walks each one with the inspector. You never call the building department.
We're set up to install any major brand, but we have trade accounts with Sub-Zero, Wolf, Miele, Thermador, Bosch, Monogram, JennAir, and Kohler. If you've already purchased appliances, bring us the spec sheets and we'll design the cabinetry around them.
Step 1 is a no-pressure in-home consultation (free). Step 2 is a paid design-development phase where we deliver 3D renderings, a finish board, and a fixed-price proposal. Step 3 is build. The design fee is credited back when you sign the build contract.
A no-pressure 60-minute in-home consultation. We'll measure, talk through your goals, and follow up with concepts and a budget range — at no cost.
