A dated half-bath transformed into a jewel-box moment - moody hand-painted wallcovering, a polished marble basin, and a brass wall-mount faucet.
A 36-square-foot guest powder room with the lowest design ceiling in the house - small basic vanity, plain mirror, generic floor tile, builder-grade trim. The owners wanted a jewel-box moment that surprised guests when they opened the door.
We doubled the visual impact without expanding the footprint. Moody hand-painted wallcovering wrapping all four walls and the ceiling. A wall-mount polished-marble basin floating off the back wall - no vanity below. Wall-mount brass faucet so nothing competes with the basin. Single oversized round mirror with integrated LED backlight. Schoolhouse-style sconce on the side wall.
Phillip Jeffries hand-painted grasscloth in deep emerald. Wrapped on all walls and ceiling for full immersion.
Wall-mounted Calacatta Gold marble basin. Integrated drain. No visible plumbing.
Waterworks Easton wall-mount widespread in unlacquered brass. Will patina beautifully over time.
42-inch backlit LED mirror, anti-fog, brass trim ring custom-fabricated to match the faucet.
Schoolhouse Electric brass sconce on Lutron Caseta dimmer. Programmed to soft warm white.
Geberit in-wall tank system with Toto wall-hung toilet. Saves visual floor space.
Amazing attention to detail. They caught design issues I hadn't even noticed and proposed elegant fixes. Highly recommend. Anna PatelDelray Beach, FL - Powder Room
